Dirt Work

Ponds and Lakes

If you have a low area that holds water and is wet most of the year on your property, we can move dirt to build your house pad or fill in low areas on the property, as well as fishing, swimming, or enhancing the property. We can also use that dirt (if compatible) to build house pads to save on hauling in new dirt.

It’s critical to choose the right location for your house pads of any size. Our professional operators can offer a variety of dirt work operations.

Final Grading

Final grading is the last part of the dirtwork that is necessary. This makes the yard smooth, and most importantly, ensures that water drains away from the house and out of the yard.

Detention and Retention Ponds

Two different kinds of ponds are used for flood control and stormwater runoff treatment: wet ponds and dry ponds. We can also use that dirt (if compatible) to build house pads to save on hauling in new dirt.

We use all different types of surface materials and rock, including crushed limestone, crushed concrete, and asphalt. It is important to have dirt and Hanes Geo Fabric to stabilize the weight.
